Atalanta
Atalanta is a work-in-progress adaptation of the myth of Atalanta, using puppetry, circus arts and physical theater. Atalanta tells the story of a young woman who holds onto her well-earned independence as a powerhouse athlete while opening herself to the vulnerability of loving someone. Atalanta finds inspiration in Looney Tunes escapades, the transcendent resonance of myth and the graceful ferocity of strong girls.
